Une pop sonique opulente, d'un raffinement littéraire féroce et d'une sensibilité dérivée du punk.

Le "Ghostown" des Radiators sorti en 1979 est considéré, à côté des "Astral Weeks", comme l'un des disques irlandais les plus importants. L'album est imprégné de la production paysagère du producteur Bowie/Bolanese Tony Visconti. Apparu à la fin des années 70, il englobe les origines du groupe, mais avec un fort penchant littéraire, et fait référence à la musique des années 50 et 60 dans un aperçu historique de l'évolution de l'Irlande. Le chanteur et écrivain Philip Chevron a développé ces thèmes dans les Pogues. Cette édition étendue de 45 titres en 2 CD comprend l'album original et tous ses singles ainsi que 28 pages de démos, de mix de pistes de fond et de pistes live inédites qui donnent un aperçu de la création de l'album. Le magazine contient des contributions de nombreux fans du disque, dont Roddy Doyle.
