Tradtional style blues, perfomred solo with power and passion. Ampliflied National steel guitar. One-man band. There may be better pickers around. It's the intensity of his playing, his strong rhythm patterns that make this live record so entertaining. Mostly originals and covers from Chester Burnett to Tom Waits.
